1) MEP Supervisor

Work Location: Dubai

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
• Proven superior knowledge & Experience in FM operations, especially hard services (Mechanical & Electrical).
• 5+ Years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable facilities management company in UAE.
• Experience in managing commercial buildings/towers.
• Ability to use FSI/CAFM and prepare Technical Reports.
• Good verbal & writing communication skills in English.
• Immediate joiners only.
