Call Center Customer Service Representative (UAE Nationals Only)
About the job
The job holder will primarily support the Call Center’s Whatsapp and social medial platforms as a customer chat support, and for the day-to-day activities not limited to receiving Call Center calls, email support, and courtesy calls. The Line Manager may assign tasks and responsibilities as per business requirements and needs.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional quality service to customers by addressing their queries and requests via the company’s chat platform.
Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service and promoting customer loyalty.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of initiatives associated with customer service.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions as per the department’s standard operating procedure.
Provide help to Call Center agents by receiving incoming calls when required.
Responsible to perform courtesy calls for all day-to-day calls not assisted by the Call Center agents.
Carry out tasks assigned by Line Managers as per the business requirements.
