We are currently looking for a Sustainability and Safety Admin to join our Head Office team:
Qualifications:
- Support administrative tasks related to sustainability and safety programs.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation for compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
- Track and compile data
- Assist in preparing sustainability and safety reports, presentations, and audits.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events related to sustainability and safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, certifications and company policies.
- Conduct research on best practices in sustainability and workplace safety.
- Monitor and update sustainability and safety procedures for continuous improvement.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong organization, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with sustainability and safety.
- Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving
- Time Management – Handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Certifications – Sustainability or safety certifications are a plus: HACCP and similar.
