We are currently looking for a Sustainability and Safety Admin to join our Head Office team:

Qualifications:

  • Support administrative tasks related to sustainability and safety programs.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation for compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
  • Track and compile data
  • Assist in preparing sustainability and safety reports, presentations, and audits.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events related to sustainability and safety initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, certifications and company policies.
  • Conduct research on best practices in sustainability and workplace safety.
  • Monitor and update sustainability and safety procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Strong organization, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and safety.
  • Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving
  • Time Management – Handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Certifications – Sustainability or safety certifications are a plus: HACCP and similar.
