Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the reservations department to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor room availability and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Train and supervise reservations staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written. Extra languages will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Restaurant management software.
• Experience in Tables allocation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
